Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 8 Overview

Design and build

The folded Z Flip 8 has dimensions of 85.7 x 75.4 x 13.1 mm, making it easy to store in a small pocket or bag; when opened, it is only 6.1 mm thick. It weighs 180 grams, which means you can use the device for several hours before noticing its weight. Additionally, the Armor Aluminum frame, Gorilla Glass Victus 2, and redesigned Armor Flex hinge provide durability and protection against water damage (IP48 rated). The available colors include Pink, Graphite, Cream, and Mint. To further protect your phone and enhance your personal style, consider purchasing a flip-style case.

Display

The 6.9-inch Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X inner display with FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate is very large and smooth, making scrolling through social media, playing games, and watching movies an immersive experience. The 4.1-inch Super AMOLED FlexWindow (948 x 1048 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate) has a maximum brightness of 2,600 nits, allowing you to easily view the screen outside even when the sun is shining directly onto the device. One UI 9 allows you to use many of your device's applications using the FlexWindow rather than having to open the device. Outdoor contrast adjustment is provided by Vision Booster, while protection of the external display is provided by Gorilla Glass Victus 2. Unlocking the device takes only seconds thanks to the placement of the fingerprint reader on the side of the device.

Performance

The top-of-the-line Exynos 2600 with 12GB of RAM is able to run all your applications, games, and multiple tasks at the same time without any lag. You will receive 256GB of internal memory in Nepal; therefore, you will have more than enough space to store your pictures and videos. With Wi-Fi 7, 5G, and eSIM technology, you can stay connected, and with the help of USB-C 3.2 technology, you can transfer your files as fast as possible. This phone would be an excellent choice for individuals who are concerned about their personal appearance and for those creative individuals who wish to purchase a premium smartphone in a smaller form factor.

Software

Your Galaxy Z Flip 8 will come with One UI 9 running on top of Android 17, and also include the benefits of Galaxy AI. You will be able to access several of your most used applications through the FlexWindow for quick responses to messages, listening to music, or navigating with GPS. Samsung is committed to providing seven years of OS upgrades and security updates for this device, which means that you can continue using it for many years to come.

Camera

Samsung's ProVisual Engine and Nightography features help to ensure that the 50MP main camera (f/1.8, OIS) and the 12MP ultra-wide camera (f/2.2) produce high-quality, vibrant images even under challenging lighting conditions. Users have the option of taking self-portraits using the FlexWindow on the back of the device, which produces a much higher-quality image than the front-facing camera. For video calling purposes, there is a 10MP front camera (f/2.2). In addition to producing excellent quality images, the cameras also feature improved background optimization and portrait processing to enhance the overall appearance of your photos.

Battery

The 4,300 mAh silicon carbon battery will provide enough power for one full day of typical usage and is supported by the energy-efficient chipset. Wireless charging can be done at up to 15 watts, and wired charging can be completed at up to 25 watts. Reverse wireless charging can charge devices such as Samsung Galaxy Buds or smartwatches. You may also choose to purchase either a 25-watt fast charging adapter directly from us.
