With this bezel, you can scroll through menus by turning the ring, which feels like a click. This design idea comes from diving watches. The Classic models are also built with steel instead of aluminum, so they feel heavier and more substantial on the wrist. Note that Samsung did not release a classic model for the Watch 9 generation. Galaxy Watch Series Explained 

Each increasingly numbered generation of the Galaxy Watch offers upgrades instead of just cosmetic changes. That leads to up to 30 hours of battery life with the always‑on display on. The Watch 9 also brings health tools like Blood Pressure Trend and Hearing Health and runs Wear OS 7 and One UI 9 Watch. The Watch 9 launched in August 2026, and it is the newest smartwatch for the year.

Galaxy Watch FE Explained

The Galaxy Watch FE, or Fan Edition, is Samsung's entry-level Galaxy Watch. It uses a Super AMOLED display and offers the core health and fitness features. It measures heart rate, tracks sleep, and records workout data pretty well, but it does not have the premium chip, bright screen, or advanced sensors of the price-numbered series. It is a choice if you want reliable, everyday Samsung Health tracking without paying a flagship price. 

Does Samsung Make a Galaxy Watch Ultra? 

Yes, Samsung makes the Galaxy Watch Ultra, a watch that is built for adventures. However, we do not have the Ultra in our GBN Store inventory. The latest Ultra, the Ultra 2, was launched with the Watch 9 in August 2026. The Ultra 2 is the most capable Galaxy Watch built with a titanium case, a 5,000-nit screen that's visible in bright sunlight, an 800‑mAh battery for several days of use, IP69K water and dust resistance (better than IP68), and official EN13319 diving certification. If you want the most feature‑complete Galaxy Watch, look at the Ultra line. But our current stock stops at the Watch 8 Classic and the Watch 9.
